We focus on Alternative methods of resolving disputes. The Constitution of Kenya 2010 has provided for mediation, Conciliation, negotiation and Arbitration.  In commercial disputes Arbitration is highly recommended. Our main focus is to ensure that litigation is the last resort when solving disputes.
